WNS series gas or oil fired steam boiler is the fire tube boiler with 3 pass.
The boiler adopts the bias furnace and wet back structure. The high
temperature smoke flows through the first, second and third smoke
pipes in turn. And then the smoke can be discharged into the
atmosphere through the chimney. The boiler is provided with the
movable front and back smoke boxes covers. So that the boiler is
easy to overhaul. Also our boiler is equipped with the burner in
great performance. The boiler is also with the functions of
automatic combustion adjustment, automatic water feeding regulator,
automatic program start or stop, automatic operation and other
advanced technology. Besides, our boiler has the functions of high
and low level alarm and limit low water level protection, over high
pressure protection and automatic flameout protection function. The
utility model boiler has the advantages of compact structure,
safety, simple operation, quick installation, little pollution, low
noise and high efficiency.
1. The flue gas process adopts the 3 pass smoke pipes layout. The
boiler is with full butt welding wet back structure and corrugated
furnace. The screw thread smoke pipe is arranged in convection
area. There is a long flue gas flow process in the boiler. So that
the boiler is with a great heat transfer effect;
