SZL type Industrial Horizontal Output Coal Fired Steam Boiler
adopts double-tube arrangement with longitudinal A type
arrangement. The combustion structure adopts chain grate. It is
suitable for coal or blended coal fuels. The water wall on both
sides of the furnace body adopts membrane water wall structure. The
front and rear water wall tubes extend downward to the upper grate
to form front and rear arches to increase the sealing performance
of the boiler and increase the furnace volume and heating surface.
At the rear of the combustion chamber, there are reburning
chambers, convection tube bundles and coal heat savers. The flue
gas flows through the furnace chamber, combustion chamber,
convection tube bundle and coal throttle to the back-end pipeline
system. The flue gas is then discharged into the atmosphere through
dust collectors, induced draft fans and chimneys.
